Biography:

Lindsey M. Aitkin is a dedicated advocate for injured people. 

She is a graduate of the California State University, Fullerton (B.A., 1998) and received her law degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law (J.D., 2001), where she served as associate editor of the Law Review.  She is admitted to practice in all of California’s state and appellate courts.

She is a member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (Board of Directors, 2005-2007); the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC); the American Association for Justice; the Orange County Bar Association and the State Bar of California.
